Hello. I’m Niki Jennings, a creative professional based in Raleigh, North Carolina. I’m a graphic designer, photographer, creative project manager, illustrator and writer. I’m also an avid crocheter and knitter.

My creative style can be best described as professional but fun, with a dash of folksy whimsy thrown into the mix.

When I was taking art classes in college, a dear friend gave me the nickname “Nix.” The name felt right, and I began using it to sign artwork and graphics assignments. “Pix” is a shortened form of pixel. While my visual communication journey began in the analog world, it now also encompasses the digital realm.

After a decade of working with clients professionally, I’ve cultivated a deep understanding of form, rooted in design and layout. My goal is the delicate balance between getting a message out effectively, yet keeping the artistry at a level where it can still engage, surprise, cut through the clutter and speak to the heart.

If you have work in mind that you don't see here, please reach out. One of the joys of my profession is being able to use my resourcefulness and research skills to get up to speed on nearly any form of design, programming or methodology.

I’ve been told I play well with others and I can communicate with most anyone. I enjoy producing creative work that moves the needle for my clients.

Send me an email to connect.
